I have been an avid inshore fisherman for a number of years and have owned several glass boats over that time. I would like to take a shot at building myself a 16ft backcountry flats boat.
I live in NC and would like to know if there any programs /courses that you would recommend to educate me in the process of fiberglass boat construction.
    Thanx in advance

Have a look at the Glen-L site It's more fiberglass over wood than just fiberglass but you might find a boat you like and you can learn everything from there forum and this one its like having a school that is open 24-7 when ever you have a question just ask. I had never built a boat before this one and now I have the bug.
