    1 can you use a chop gun to build up a transom to support a bracket for 2 200 hp

    2. Can you reinforce old stringers with chop gun before you form them for new poured

    Not a good idea. Go to bateau.com and post a simple how. There are a couple guys there doing this work.

    Those are great boats to refurbish. Lots of work, but done well; they can be special.

    It’s not the best approach, it adds weight rapidly in relation to strength obtained, much better to utilize biaxial cloth. Or unidirectional if you can engineer the stress pattern.
    Prep area carefully, 16 grit disc followed by acetone wash and a cold shower!
