So, saltwater collecting and drying on the inside near the hardware track?

I presume that this is the section of your aluminium cross beams - is it mounted on the boat vertically as shown?
Or is it mounted horizontally, and the track is used for sliders for the trampoline?

3 of them hold the hulls together; the tramp beam is 4,5"od aluminum 6061

Yes. If water cannot freely drain out from these small regions - it may cause issues.
You need to flush with fresh water..or...depending upon where these regions are... why not remove this possibility by filling the cavity with sealant like sikaflex?
You need to ensure it is 100% filled and no voids..or that could be worse!

Fill what cavity? You mean cap the ends of the beams? Just want to be clear.

The cavity you mentioned as a region of concern:

It is facing down. I am more worried about ingress getting inside. Thus the confusion. It is a really large cavity and would take like 50 tubes of caulk.

I can only present options based upon the data; any mitigation is down to you, it's your boat after all.
