    HMMM..... looks like some candidates for the Darwin Award to me. Oh well have your fun in any way you can, but don't involve the rescue services to bail you out if things go badly.

    The second one of the big air cushion patrol ship had me puzzled until I went to the web site. Wow. The "inside the mountain" dock. Neat.

    I like that definition of a "boat"! Waterborne vessel under 65 feet is a boat, so what is it if it's 65 feet 2 inches long then? a battle ship?

    Much prefer the ancient one of "any vessel that can be hoisted aboard another one is a boat" Its pretty damn loose and fits most small vessels which of course is what a boat is! Depends on the size and lifting gear of the 'mother' of course!! (Oh yes and by definition ALL submarines, no matter how big, are boats, confused, you will be!)

    Thanks for clearing that up, Mike. The US Navy will be glad to advise Congress, the next time they are told they can't buld any more ships, that they're only building boats now. :D

    Or, although I'm pretty sure she haven't been in Denmark, that she somehow got a glimpse :cool:
