The Hanzeboog (Dutch link) is a railway bridge near Zwolle in the Netherlands over the river IJssel.

January 15, 2011, high water in the river, brand new and old railway bridge, old shown behind the new one.

Cyclist rides in 2011 illegal over the arch of the then brand new railway bridge, Dutch spoken video.

In addition to the railway track the bridge also contains a normal cycle path, as to be seen near the end in the below video.

The old railway bridge seen in the top photo next to the new one has been removed shortly after the new one was put into service.

Saw an ad for this Dutch steel scow for sale, it's a center boarder, so no lee boards, hence the name 'Sans Ear' I'll guess, like in the Karl May novel 'Winnetou, the Chief of the Apache, Part IV, Sans-ear'.

‘‘ Old Shatterhand meets the white hunter, Sans-ear, whose ears were cut off by the Navaho. He is pursuing the murderer of his wife and child, a white villain. While their first meeting is not friendly, by the time they rescue a train from the Oglala, Sans-ear and Old Shatterhand become close friends. Their journey leads through the Llano Estacado, where they have to rescue Old Shatterhand's friend from the bandits, and where Old Shatterhand creates rain out of nothing. In pursuit of the murderer, they have to travel to the gold fields of California. However, they have to cross the hunting grounds of the Comanche, who are riding to the grave of their chief whom Winnetou killed in a duel. After many adventures the Shoshone team up with Old Shatterhand, Winnetou, and Sans-ear to capture the white villains. This unabridged English translation retains the exciting adventures, and the strong moral conviction of May's original book, while modernising the style, and editing parts that were erroneous or may evoke bad associations. With this editing the core of May's world, the action, the dreaming of heroic deeds, and the struggle for a kind of justice have become more emphasised, and more accessible to the modern reader. ’’

Notice the many different ways to crease the top of a Stetson. Some not at all, just a round dome. Then the four creases making a "Montana Peak" like the campaign hat the Smokey the Bear wears.

    Re post #8729:

Jolly, do you know the place and the ± date of the picture ?

Maybe we see some then old and some then new Stetsons in the picture.
