    Hi, I'm looking at this ad, anybody knows what blue things we see under the mattresses ?​

    I think they are springs to soften the base of the bed.
    Exterior sprung instead of the normal interior sprung mattress.

    Thanks, that sounds very plausible, it could be a system consisting of separate elements that besides suspension also adds ventilation under the mattresses.
