I wonder if he'll see the rescue ship.

Or if the rescue ship will see him, before the sharks and the water spout get him...

Incidently, what sort of a boat is he in?

Nick, that's gonna be hiding for a dead woman who drowned in a river in Denmark . .

Though she might turn out to be surprisingly lively when she reaches your coast on Monday . .

Sam Sam, Nick, thankyou, its great to be able to flesh out the picture. Its easy to imagine, before the invention of photography, that paintings were often subject to 'artistic licence' and fantasy; often they are historically accurate records too, in part if not in whole.

Aah, although it appears that she drowned, in fact she met her fate in an altogether more unfortunate way, as the very talented Kiskiloszki reveals:

... and it would seem that shortly, all the evidence will be consumed!

The accident must have happened while spring tide was approaching, since she floats quite far upriver there, the upcoming storm might have worsened this . .

At this stage only heaven knows what in the days to come will float back and forth along Nick's yard, anyway beware for flooding, and please send some pictures Nick !

    It seems to be strengthening...

We are approaching springs...Storm surge has been a big problem here with coastal flooding but often in conjunction with heavy rain so the rivers are already full. Thankfully it doesn't look as though Ophelia will bring much rain.

Strange stuff does come by sometimes...but nothing like that I hope!
