Rodger Martin's Presto 30 has a optional sliding galley above the port bunk in the cabin.

For storage, and to use that cabin bunk, the galley slides under a cockpit seat, see the PDF drawing.

If there was a hatch in the cockpit seat above the galley than the Presto 30 galley also could be used from the cockpit area I think.

These are a few of 1500 photographs to be auctioned soon. From the late 19th and early 20th century taken in Cornwall.

I guess ‘‘Botallick’’ is some kind of Cornish, but those mine engine houses are still there low down the cliffs north of Botallack ---> Botallack Mine

Below the same engine houses pictured from the other side, from the wikipedia page Tin mining in Britain...
Below more windy and frome another angle, Botallack Mine...

The Cornish coast is pretty dramatic both North and South, with a lot of history. I'll bet there's still smuggling going on today just modern commodities ie people and drugs. Still one of the more deprived parts of the UK. If you ever visit, do not miss around Falmouth and the Helford River area. Had a friend who got married at the church at Mawnan overlooking it, absolutely beautiful location. Gets wild in the big Atlantic storms mind...

You will genuinely find the fisherman going down the pub after church and singing shanties and other songs whilst downing a few beers...

Looks like a great house boat, but as a sailboat it has no booms, no way to attach a boom, no place to put a mainsheet, very little beam.

    Any pictures of it sailing?
