Lake Superior. Isn't that somewhere near Oshkosh where they hold the EAA fly-in every year?
Do they use that Lake for the Sea-craft?

    Mychael,
Oshkosh is on lake Winnebago, and that is where the annual Eaa fly in is located. Lake Superior is much, much bigger. You feel as though you are at the ocean when you see it, except that the wave action along the shore is not as intense as the ocean. Oh Ya, and the water is very C O L D!!

Interesting concept the Aeroscraft but they make reference to useing helium which if I understand correctly is in short supply and only available in a very limited resourse.

Mychael, that is because everybody keeps using helium in their party balloons, if people would stop having bloody parties there would be enough helium for aircraft.

Poida. I bet you were the kind of kid that used to pop the little kids balloons at shows and parties. (Kinda fun wasn't it) lol (evil grin).

I like the top photo--it's a trick photo, right? If you look really closely, you can see a shark in the photo?

If it is the same BEDE and I'm assuming it is. Then he was also an aircraft designer of some successful and some not so successful homebulit aircraft.
