    Cthippo, that is an expensive way to determine the center of balance on a boat.

    There's one in Bellingham Bay that looks like it's one good rainstorm away from that condition. I may go out today and get pictures to send to the derelict vessel removal program folks.

    I doubt there's a helicopter big enough. but it almost looks do-able.

    You might try to call the firepatrol and tell them there ist a cat on the roof.
    But they might be still busy with other things so do not rely on Thema.
