    Those are salmon sharks in the photo above. They are in the porbeagle family, very closely related to the great white and mako. They were probably caught near Knight Island, PWS, Alaska. Problem is that they pull HARD, sometimes jump (not as much as a mako) and they roll violently when nearly landed - very dangerous in a kayak, I think (but yummy - think swordfish, don't overcook)!

    The poor girl in the pyrex boat seems to be wearing a wig; it looks like one ponytail is over her face. I think she is praying for someone to get her out of there soon.

    salmon shark does sound yummy
    reminds me I haven't eaten shark steaks in a while so I will now have to go to the store and pick some up

    I'm thinking in Huli Huli sauce and with asparagus as well as spiced, baked Red Russet pottoes ( infused with chili oil spiced )

    thing is I'm sure I cant get Salmon Shark down here though
    oh well will have to make do eh

    Lifting straps for helo drop or at least a crane to move it.
