    I currently run a Windward 928 , which is a 1980 hull , surveyed in
1999, with a new compliment of regatta sails , berths for 5 , propane
cooking facilities , and new bottom paint . My wife told me recently
that I could either have her appraised for resale ( my wife ) or
unload the Windward . Although the boat has been appraised at
    $30,000.00 , I don't think I can get that much for the wife .
If anyone would like her , you can take her away for $9,500.00
I'm not showing the wife .

I might consider your wife on a 3 year leasing deal, strictly subject to survey.

Which would have a higher resale value after 3 years, the boat or the wife?

My financier wants to know before he considers a loan.
