Question about using epoxy 2 different ways with plywood on frame construction

    Ahh. I have never heard precoat used as prefinish.

    Not "your" saturation coat....
    Gougeon Brothers (The "WEST System" guys) recommend "prefinishing" wherever possible:
    3 coats (minimum 2) & sanding before assembly of stringers, bulkheads, shelves,...
