Hello everyone.
I'm Gian, Italy.
I want build a Shallow Water Boat and I designed what is in attachment.
Is a boat in meters, long 5.5, wide 1.7, and 0.8 high.
The rivers have absolutely no waves, are slow, with gravel.

The boat, fully loaded weighs 650 Kg and fishing 0.1 meters, has to consume little and do not need to run.
I would like to apply outboard (height adjustment with piston air).

What can I bow?

That design will make the boat draw more (sink deeper). A flat bottom boat will have less draft.

 

Tunnel hulls

Yor concept is valid, and proven by ultra shallow running flats fishing boats in the States. The tunnel may make the boat draw a little more water at rest but will allow you to run shallower.

If you don't need to plane than a there is no getting around a flat bottom as drawing the least amount of water.

But with a flat boat I can't install a jet.
If a propeller (in or outboard engine) is installed, it must be under the keel.
Or not?

If you install a jet, a flat bottom is a requirement. At least on the aft end.
