'84 50 HP Merv bogs at full throttle

    I have an '84 50 HP Mercury. When at full throttle it bogs to about half throttle. I had my buddy pump the ball and it came back up, but then bogged again. Any suggestions are appreciated. I'm thinking fuel pump or fuel lines. Filter in new.

    Welcome to the forum.

    You found it's obviously fuel delivery, so level the playing field and replace the lines, clamps and bulb. Seems excessive, but at least you know what's "fresh", so a reasonable maintenance routine can be worked out, with known good stuff and things that might yet need addressing.
