We have an immigration problem and in some parts of town
they destroyed the property value. Something had to be done!
They used a house until it needed to be torn down
and then moved on. There were drug labs on every corner!
They have a handle on it now, but still there are problems!

    Day 28

    Sit up!

    Fetch!

    Roll over!

Four people and one case of Heinekens!

One of the more costly things on the boat!:D

As you see it sitting there, it weighs 106lbs!

    Book about small woorden boats

Small wooden boats is something an awfull people are madly in love with. It reminds them of when they where small and it remind them of their children.

At home I have a book with beautifull pictures of small wooden boats in beautifull natural environments that will make you understand why so much people love these things.

Can't find it on the internet though. Interested? then I 'll send the author, publisher and ISBN number to you.

I think it is just a love of wood with me. And using the tools
that belonged to my Dad, Granddad and Great Granddad.
I love building boats, clocks and furniture.

I am building a model of the rietveld chair at the moment

Together with the Technical University of Delft I am building a 1:6 scale model of the Rietveld chair at the moment. I deliver all the drawings of the parts scaled and they cut it out with a laser cutter in MDF.

It is not finished yet as it is on the electronic drawing board with me at the moment.

    Real CAD/CAM though

    schakel;

I ordered the book, found a used one in Pennsylvania!

    Day 29

Trimmed the shears and stem, rounded the transom, still
some sanding to do, rounding the ends of the stiffeners.

Getting the shop ready to receive the boat!

That's an idea.. the closets are bigger! I may be in a lot of
    trouble over this?:p :p

When I get all the stuff on the right out to the shed, it
will be just right, as long as it is kept neat and clean!

I have been at this over 13 hours today. The fifth pot of
coffee is wearing off. Retirement can kill!
