    hi ,

the problem is due to two diesel engines sinked :!: .
    CumminsMercuriser 4.2 ES 250hp,ECM.

i wash the two engines with diesel and cranked the engines.

so i must start up the engines with out the control panel!!!!!
but the problem the engines dont fire, knowing that the fuel pump has shut off device and i gave it a signal but the problem exsisting.

I think these are electronic controlled engines?
If so you wont start them without the panels
You could try hotwiring the fule shut down solenoid,

hi there, those engines i believe have whats called an ECU unit "a brain" you would need the control panal but if the ECU has had to much water damage it would need replacing and can be costly£££
