Proa steering

    Hi Rob, realistically most of us will have to defer to a large extent to your opinions on proa steering, as your hands on experience in hours spent doing it, and testing various configurations for proa rudders, probably exceeds the combined practical experience of the rest of us contributing to this thread.
    This sounds a bit like trying to "suck up" to one of the most expert guys in proa design but that is definitely not my meaning.
    I still think that your best solutions are still a long way from optimum that is possible, and it is my firm belief that in time innovations and refinements will come that will make your current Elementarry twin rudder system seem like the early English C class "Hellcat" compared to the much later C class "Invictus" which is my analogy to a more efficient and sophisticated system that will surely come within a few more years.
