pp115 jet deflector control arm thing

hi

whilst setting up the bucket/deflector today the control arm which controls the deflector snapped internally, it has no markings on it at all, does anyone know what i should search for to find a replacement, all i get for "boat remote control" or "boat jet drive controller" are radio control boats. the closest i can find are standard morse throttle levers but these would not have enough leverage, the arm for the bucket control lever on my boat is about 1 foot long...

Does it have a certain name?
