Searching for document on Dynamic Stability

    Hello all,

    I am currently searching for a specific document. I have cited the document at the end of this post. I have googled for days and have had no success. There is another document with the same name, though it is a procedures manual from 1977. This is not the document I am looking for.

    If you have any information that may help, please let me know.
