Does anyone have chart data providing bottom loading limits with variable L/B ratios for power boats?

Never seen one and don't know why such a chart would exist. It all depends on what kind of boat is being designed. Fast planing boats benefit from low bottom loading, displacement boats can get very heavy with only small incremental loss of performance and semi-displacement boats are in the middle range.

25 to 35 lbs/ft sq would probably be considered light for a planing boat and displacement boats can go well into the hundreds.
