I am repairing a small sailboat deck, a laser actually. The foam under the deck was drench in water and delaminated from the glass skins.

I removed it and will replace it by a corecell panel. I will use epoxy to bond it to the deck and to laminate the other skin that will go under it.

That's the first time I will laminate a corecell and am wondering if I absolutely need to vacuum bag it to obtain a good bond?

I can put some weight on it to bond it to the outside skin but using weight for the other skin will be harder.

    Thank you for your help.

I have made a search and found all the answer I needed. I should have done that before posting.

    Sorry for that unecessary post.
