polaris question

    i have a 96 SL700.it shut down on me yesterday,after being towed in and getting it home ,i discovered my gas lid was not tight.i examined the fuel filters and they are full of water.i pulled the plugs and rotated the engine to remove the water,put the plugs back in and ran the fuel line to a gas jug with clean fuel.will not start,i have around 125lbs of compression,my plus are getting blue fire but still not starting.any ideas?

    You probably need to get the water out of the rest of the fuel system. If carbs, drain the bowls, if injected, bleed the injection system. Was your fuel pump sucking gas out of the gas jug? If not may have an air lock somewhere.
