Plywood uv/water best protection?

    Hi, what would you say is the very best protection for plywood under the tropical sun and rain? I'm of course thinking of epoxy as wood filler and PU varnish coating but there might be other better type of varnish protection. Of course, wood garin must be visibale. Thanks a lot for your suggestions.
