I'm thinking about building a plug to pop a mold off of. I have built several boats using epoxy and wood, but have limited experience with polyester resin and gelcoats.

I need to know the whole process, I have a good idea of what to do but I'd love some step by step info to double check myself. Can anyone explain to me, or share a good link to info, about the process starting with a good plug, and ending with pulling a hull from the mold?

I'm looking for things like when to use waxed/unwaxed resin and gel coat, different release agents....

    Thanks guys.
