"Dots de one"...I must retreat a little on that :( ...the Pilgrim 590 was the one that I was looking at, not the Kevalier 800, tho both are interesting. Again...thanks for tracking it/them down.

    Apologies

I have to apologize for not posting, but since the Kavalier 800 is listed on BoatDesign's home page I felt you had probable already seen that one. I try not to state the obvious. Glad you got it tracked down in spite of my help. Free is always good.

Alas, the forums are what I linked to, not the home page. I haven't looked at the home page in months, as everything I want is available from my forums link, or rather the page is actually /net/ . Time constraints have me limited in my web cruising, so I hit my favorite links and then usually hit the hay as a general rule. This morning finishes a 21 day stretch with no day off (I still may have to go in to job #1 tonight, depending if they call or not).

I'm red-faced too, LP and Steve...it's the one page I never thought to search. Old age I guess...

Post the picture that I mentioned in the new guy post. For some reason, the forum tells me I can post pictures but has removed any way to actually DO it. Kinda irritating really. In fact nothing seems to be working on the reply page except that I CAN type in a reply.

A few minutes with the AOL Guru (online) and things are back to normal. Here is the current status of the boat that I told you I am building

Got the picture(s) now Steve. Two questions arise :D Why have you put a bookshelf at the stern; and fastened a car (automobile for my US readers) to the bows...:D
But at least I take back the accusation of 'slacking'....;)
And hey, I visited your page...Some great little designs... very inventive...'Good on yer...' (for Australian readers);)

The tool chest is for ballast and the car (we call them cars too) is to balance out the slight tail heavyness caused by the tool chest;) . Thanks for the compliments tho they are mainly designed to be cheap to build holes in the water  . Notice the rather cramped quarters :(

Nice clamp collection, but aren't you afraid they'll snag the sheets.

I rather like the spikey bits on the bows - I suppose they are for 'coaming' the waves....:D

Hey, Learpilot - what makes you think we're not serious......:D

Though for me, Steve is a 'Fair Dinkum' bloke. Look at the way he helped me out of a hole with Egoist - (and into another). I'm now committed to building the little Polish number)....;)
