I am building a model of my father's wooden longliner built in Newfoundland, Canada in 1965. I have to plans for the vessel and was wondering if someone could help me with the planking. I don't know how to measure the planking to get it to fit. I was told the proper way is take the measurements for one side and cut two plank, one for each side, but do I get the actual shape to make it to fit.

    Thanks
