AYRS Publication No 55 - 1965

Hi all

Does anyone have a good copy of AYRS publication number 55 from 1965 specifically page 36 I am trying to work out the scale on the diagram its written centre of the page even the AYRS themselves only have an unreadable scans.

Any help would be much appreciated

I took a look on the AYRS site and I don't have a copy.
Its interesting, I had a partial page picture of the same drawing, but the one I had did not have the folding ability. I've lost that long ago

It was in a pamphlet of "50 Multihull Designs You can Build"
The guy who published it and represented Crowther designs way back posts on either this forum or WoodenBoat forum and occasionally offers to sell plans for Crowther trimarans like the Buchaneer 24.
He might have more information.

Thanks guys yes been in touch with old sailor I bought the kraken 25 plans to study no luck with this design also I have ask AYRS if they had a better copy than the one on the web site fingers crossed I just need the scale.

Since the boat is 18' is that not enough to establish a scale for the drawing?

 

The bunyip was 20 x 11 but I'm not sure if lock scaled the whole design down or selective parts the k25 main hull was only 2ft thick how narrow would lock go given they had perfect that over quite a few designs id feel better about the build if I could confirm just a bit more all good fun thanks for your help

No you're right there was a k18 as well oh and title was just trimarans 1965
