northern lights 3 pot

    Cant get it to spill fuel, I,ve checked the solenoid and the rack , pulled the simple high press. inj, pump, rack is free, plungers are free, no fuel is delivered, any ideas, its one on thsoie itzy mitzy shibauru machine works pumps on 5kw Northern Lights
