Proa Questions: Rudder/Daggerboard Placement

I see that Rob's HarryProa's and others have the rudders on the lee hull.

Besides the underlying concept of having all the sailing equipment on the lee hull, is there any other reasons?

It seems to me that if you have the rudders on the windward hull that IF you started to fly the hull (lifting the rudders out) your major leeway preventer gets reduced and thus you couldn't tip... you'd slide.

It would be nearly tip proof... at least compared to any other multi-hull.

Are there other issues?
