    Here's a few shots of my 8' pram after I sectioned 3 inches off the back. You can see the section removed and the rot that caused it all. The boat stood on it's stern in a backyard planter and was being watered daily when it was offered to me for free.:( I have a budget of $150 to make her seaworthy. Most of the money will go towards glass and epoxy. I was also given a gallon of blue marine paint (very heavy stuff) to finish her off. How could I say no to all that?
