    Welcome to the Forum Hunter.

That 115 hp O/B motor sounds like a lot of power for your barge - what sort of speed does she do, when cruising and top speed, in her current condition?

Re a cabin, what size would you like the cabin to be? Would it be within the four pillars shown in the first two photos, or would you want to make it longer?
Would you keep the existing helm console, or would you move it forward to a corner of the new cabin?

Hey ! Thanks for reply !
I got up to 31 mph with out top , jut barge , cruise 23-24 mph !
Top section is 7 x 8 . I’m looking to make cabin 14 or 16 ft long x 7 ft , also maybe extending deck on bow by a few feet !
Once I extend existing roof , thinking of running 2in square tubing for framing walls with windows and sliding doors and to place insulation in ! If u or anyone has any ideas, I would be very happy to hear and maybe learn something from ! I’m open to all ideas !
    Thanks n appreciate !

You are aware, of course, that adding an enclosed cabin will mean that your cruising speed will diminish. The cabin will also add a lot of windage that might be problematic at anchor or when drifting free. It may also create some steering peculiarities when the wind is brisk.
