Is anyone able to share this paper or provide me a link where I can purchase and/or download please?

Graff, W., Kracht, A. and Weinblum, G.P., Some extensions of D.W. Taylor standard series
    Trans . S.N.A.M.E. , vol . 72 , p . 374 , 1964

I have looked through the OnePetro site but SNAME don't seem to have any papers available for Transactions Vol. 72, 1964.

I see it referenced on the TUDelft website but no facility for purchase/download there.

Thanks in advance for any help provided.

You need to get your hands on the actual SNAME 1964 Transactions. Go to your college (?) library and ask for a intra-library transfer or copy. Or go to your local RINA meeting and see if they have it their library. Lots of stuff in Transactions is never considered important enough to have their own publication.

Edit to add: or find a local SNAME member who can request it for you.

    Thank you Erwan,

I think I have the 64 series paper.

This is the one I am after, it is referenced in a Jim Antrim paper on multihull design.

    Dear Robbo,

Of course I knew it was not exactly what you were looking for,
It was a candid attempt to trigger curiosity on your question,
I would probably be interested in reading it too.
So we are waiting for a good Samaritan.
