Does anyone have any design details on this?
rudder looks to be working dirty.

Given the clunky and basically none functioning site, I don't think they're interested in any sales.

One wing on the fwd end of the LAR keel and another on the rudder might be better, but regardless of position, drag in light airs would not be small. Heave should be reduced
Some slight dihedral should minimize wing damage or raise the fwd wing 1 inch above the bottom of the keel?
Is this Outremer associated with any designer?

    thanks for the link
From the absence of any information on the net I can only assume that the foils are not Outremer sourced but are home-brewed.
Say they give the boat a 2 knot increase in overall speed plus significant heave control (neither confirmed), would that be enough to
    justify their use?
