Outboard installation

    Need some advise to install a 25hp on a Cyber 370. Are there any hints about the distance between the center of the prop and the bottom of hull?

    The simple answer ( I dont know what a cyber 370 is so i'm guessing displacement) is the whole prop needs to get clear water from the hull so the cavitation plate needs to be level with the bottom of the aft part of the hull.
    You may still need to go lower then this to prevent the prop sucking air down from the surface.

    If you visit Youtube 'Cyber 370' the boat No.88 is my son"s boat . Aout the height we have just lifted the engine about 25mm so that the cavitation plate is now the same level with the bottom of the boat. Do you think that how it was the engine gives less revs and now higher revs ? Thanks and regards

    Yes, less drag, more speed and more rpm's..
