You could have used "Lazowski" too. Apparently, when the border shifted
around with the regional politics, some Lithuanians would adopt Polish
forms of their surnames. It was a type of "social-climbing". It seems my
mob aptly ended up with the peasant version.

But how do you know its wrong ?? who told you ?? did they know it was wrong ? and who told them ?? so how far back do you want to go ? maybe the person that said it was wrong in the beginning did understand so just said it was wrong because he was enjoying it so much he didnt want anyone else to share in his new found pleasure and enjoyment and wanted to keep it for himself . !! So the honor is just a load of bull stuff !!!!

I believe very firmly that there is such a thing as honor, in spite of all the people who like to sneer at the very concept.

Honor - like religion, marriage and the environment - is under attack from all quarters. trouble with marrage is the woman has just two things on her mind money and sex , the desire for sex is the lever a woman holds over any man and to make him do almost anything that she wants !!so fellas think with your head and not those dangly things between your legs .
I had two marrages and both were a ringer of each other , money and having a family to tighten the noose !now i have a live in and she wantes to get married but i know when that happens life will change as it has the last two times . theres is a use by and new newel date just before the law says you are leagally a couple !! its bye bye birdy !!. and find another one !! theres plenty believe me !! sex is just hump hump and sq#@rt and on with the next !!real simple !! i am a firm believer in variety !!.

religion has been under attach since time began people ar questioning its values asking why are we stll listening to the same old sales pitch and wheres the goodies whats in it for me ?? Powerful preachers have made a mockery and abused the powers and ***** and plunderes for there own greed in the name of the lord . so is there any wonder its under attack !! same with anything its the power and the people at the top that become greedy and want more for themselves and will use any method at there dispossal to get what they want . Like right and wrong and do unto theres as you would like done unto you , by simple human nature we instinktively know in our hearts what right and whats wrong . but the power of being able to manipulate and controll other to do what we want is just to powerful and so gets abused . if you shout long enough and hard enough some one will believe in you !!. Millions of innocent people have died in the name of religion and to strick awful fear into the hearts of the unbeilevers . Just look back in history as far as you dare and look at all the insane and corrupt leaders of the world . its still with us and as long as there are two people on this earth one will be wanting to control the other . Honour i dont know ,honour ones self becasue if you honor some one else you could end up there slave in some way .

 

I hope you're just playing Devil's advocate. The fact that there are blurry areas where it's hard to sort out what's right and what's wrong hardly means ideas of right and wrong are irrelevent, or arbitrary and invented, any more than the existence of grey means that black is white.

I will abide by my ideas of honor, and continue trying to live my life in a manner that doesn't bring dishonor to me, my family, my community or my country. Laugh at the notion if you like.....
