    Hi Groper,

Looking interesting, maybe you can use the boot stripe area to mount hinges for your pitch damping foils too- with a good spread on the hinges and a strut from the inboard gunnel, kind of like suspension wishbone mountings with the foil able to retract/hinge up to the inboard hull. If it don't work easy to chop off or use one set as a take off for inner fore stay bridle & not much interior interference such as with dagger cases and also easier to modify attitude geometry with the hinge bracketing to boards.
    Jeff.

Interesting idea Jeff - no reason it wouldnt work... there is a problem with spray from the strut connection tho- that would blow back over the deck and be an annoyance...

Will have to statt making some calculations soon- ive been busy of late tho, need to determine foil size, loads, location, design evelope to name a few... anyone feel free to make a start :)

I hope DXF format is ok with you - seems to be more universal for 2d sections... 0.5m intervals as requested.

interesting -- was the model saved at a particular scale? Major hull panel dimensions are like 4-5cm according the edrawing measure tool.

Probably an export scaling error - multiply by 100 or 1000 and it will be correct. Ill check it shortly and see what happened

Nope - works fine for me in autocad. The units are ISO standard - therefore the dimensions of the lines are in METERS. If your software is set to millimeters, then scale by 1000.
