It seems that only the initial stability is calculated. Not very useful, do not you think?
How do you calculate the Free Surface Moment (FSM)?. If you have to calculate it by hand, it does not seem like a very useful system.

Modelling is required for FSM computation as that will depend on tank shape and filling level.More detail calculations will require model or complex algorithm, which is bit difficult to put online.
Objective is to calculate initial stability when tank filling levels and sounding table is already available,as many boats or barges without stability software will do.
However working on another version where max KG curves, stability criteria and tank sounding tables from stability booklet can be incorporated. That will help to verify any loading condition stability for vessels.
Welcome for any suggestions,if this concept can be further extended.

I can not agree with everything but I think it is not worth continuing.

This would be very interesting to know how you are going to get it. Keep us informed, if possible, of the progress in this direction. Thanks.
