Omnidirectional Fixed Sail?

    This type of omnidirectional 'vessel' has been done before and mariners worldwide have found it immensely useful. Comes in various colors & paint trim.- red, green, yellow, or a combination of same.
    Very stable. Seabirds can use it as a rest stop. Propulsion is optional (not shown) but does not perform that well ...... Even jelly fish and driftwood can overtake it!
