Hello everyone!!! I'm not new to forums, only to this one. I'm a member on Nasty Z28 (a second generation Camaro owners group) and a few others related to autos. I just purchased a '94 18' Kenner with a '94 Evinrude 115 here about 2 weeks ago. I opend a can of worms today. I found some soft spots in the floor and began cutting into the deck to remove the rotted material. I've replaced subfloors in mobile homes and pier and beam foundations before so I hope it's not as difficult. So, this is where I ended up after I started digging for information on how to do it properly. I'll post up some pics when I get them on the computer later.

    You are right!

    ....it is much more difficult.

    Pictures would be nice.
