    Hi guys,
I'm doing the assessment following the ISO 11812.
My boat is a 23meters, looking like a supply vessel:
    - Main deck of about 10 meters in the aft part no superstructure no openings and a 70cm bulkward
    - Upper deck with superstructure and 80cm bulkward

How should I consider the flow of the water overboard?
    Separately on the two level?
I couldn't find anything on the rules about my issue...maybe someone had already encountered that problem...

    Bye
    Francesco

Real issue lies in the stability standard ISO12217-1:2013 in chapter "recess size". Draining time in ISO 11812 is next to nothing with recess size requirements including water on deck affecting stability calculations.
