Its a classic case of trying to prove an indefensible point of view by sheer quantity. eg. "Of course I dont believe that warming was caused by Co2, the increase in warming caused the extra Co2" Someone never made it through High School Physics., or Biology.

Global warming is now messing with wine, so can you PLEASE STOP WRECKING THE WORLD

Increased heat is also affecting the taste of wine, damaging the quality of grapes across Europe and shortening the growing season.

Maybe saying 'Please' is the solution. I guess time will tell.

Eons ago when I was young, my dad was looking at a photo of some women waist deep treading grapes. He commented something about 'flavor' but it was decades before I caught on.

If you think about it, who knows what kind of toe jam problems these guys might have.

That photo above was accompanied with
    Revelation 19:15
From His mouth comes a sharp sword with which to strike down the nations, and He will rule them with a rod of iron. He will tread the winepress of the fury of the wrath of God the Almighty.

I'm guessing that's where Steinbeck's 'The Grapes of Wrath' title came from.

Perhaps you should try one of our Napa Valley wines.

Having any children at all is a questionable habit, especially now.

I missed this CO2 saving option: ‘‘wash clothes by towing them behind a sailboat’’ -

Drifting Antarctic iceberg A-68 opens up clear water | BBC
The main berg has drifted far enough away from the main ice sheet to show clear water, and a section of thin fast ice (sea ice) has broken away from the much-thicker shelf ice. Remnants of the iceberg could last 10 years before melting

Stronger winds heat up West Antarctic ice melt | PHYS.ORG

New research published today in Nature Climate Change has revealed how strengthening winds on the opposite side of Antarctica, up to 6000kms away, drive the high rate of ice melt along the West Antarctic Peninsula. The changes in the Antarctic coastal winds, particularly along East Antarctica, might be related to climate change. This is because as the Earth warms the strong westerly winds associated with storms over the Southern Ocean contract toward the poles, in turn changing the winds near the Antarctic continent. For lack of precise estimates of future change, scientists have remained conservative in what this melting means for the globe, but recent estimates suggest Antarctica could contribute more than a meter to sea-level rise by 2100 and over 15 meters by 2500 under current emissions trajectories.

"If we do take rapid action to counter global warming and slow the rise in temperatures, southern storms tracks are likely to return to a more northerly position. That may slow the melting in Western Antarctica and bring more reliable autumn and winter rains back to the southern parts of Australia. It would also limit ocean warming and give some of the world's major marine-terminating ice sheets a chance to stabilize. It's vital we achieve this or we are likely to see more calving of large ice shelves, similar to the recent Larsen C event."

Hopes of mild climate change dashed by new research | The Guardian

The new research, published in the journal Science Advances, shows that the historical temperature measurements do not reveal the slow heating of the planet’s oceans that takes place for decades or centuries after CO2 has been added to the atmosphere.

“The hope was that climate sensitivity was lower and the Earth is not going to warm as much. There was this wave of optimism. The worrisome part is that all the models show there is an amplification of the amount of warming in the future,” he said. The situation might be even worse, as Proistosescu’s work shows climate sensitivity could be as high as 6C.
