    Well, I may be completely wrong, but I have always thought of him as a boat enthusiast who lacked the funds to realise his ambition to get on the water, except at a very basic starting point, but he can explain the situation, if he wishes.

    My take is it lays somewhere in between the labels presented.
    Go for it Mustafa! Scale it down, do anything, just build it and they will come!
    My 3XGreat Grandfather sailed to North America in 1847, none of us are from around here.
