    Hi, All

I need engineering consultation to meet the USCG rules for 64.9' catamaran for carrying passengers for hire . I need a consultant who knows the ABS rules for Offshore Yachts. I bought the Vacanti software but don't understand it. See http://steelsilhouettes.com/VC1H5B.BMP

    Cat certification

Check with Barry Choy (son of Rudy Choy); they have a lot of experience getting catamarans through the Coast Guard process.

If the vessel wasn't built in the US get another boat.
