    Flexi Structure ?

Do you think the hulls will twist gainst each other (rotate in opposite direction) in waves? If so - I think it can be stopped easy.

those beams look a bit light, would be okay for a small lake in light conditions.

if the beams are mounted in a way to prevent rotation, it will resist the hulls pitching independent of each other, but it also means large torsion loads. Typically square or rectangular beams are used in square slots to prevent rotation, round beams can be locked in place with a dowel or pin locking it to the hull structure, but it means it will have large rotational forces on that connection.

Thank you for your kind reply. Rectangular beams are an adequate solution, but the shell seems to be very thin to take the loads and would need reinforcements.
The designer has got his creation patented (2) and schould have tested it in waves and fitted it out with more reserve buoyancy. Foam in the beams is not enough in my opinion.
