So, the first question to ask yourself is...what is the objective/purpose of the sea chest??

sure its all by the thru hull
But I still confuse,I must conserve the strength of bottom panel,so I don't want to make a thru hull for each system's''machinery cooling, sanitation, air conditioner, descharging''it can make the hull weak.

    Good...so why ask me then?

Now you need to decide whether you wish to use a sea chest or individual inlets.
    That's YOUR call...

    That is a separate question.
You cannot address this until you decide how you will arrange the SW intakes to the vessel's systems.
