Do you have some dimensions in mind? Welded or riveted?

Hey RM did you run across the 18' plans you said you may have?
Do you have an idea of what size motor will be needed for the hull you want designed?

I just sent the info on the other hull to my guy for scaling.I will let you know how that comes out. When I get the info from him I am going to do a material ''Take-off'' on it to get a close weight. I may be wrong but i'm thinking it will need a good bit more than 100 hp. but we will see when we get a weight.

I hear ya. I am going to the New Orleans boat show just to see what everybody else is building, maybe see some ideas. If you run across a designer that is not too expensive let me know,we may can split the cost. I am toying with the idea of buiding something like a torrent or flatscat also.
