Yacht topology transition from a reference topology for reverse engineering

Hello,

I read somewhere string theorists might know everything but they practically make one topology to other topology transition with calculating differantial and integral.

Lets say we have a sailboat half design. Its a art piece.

Can we reverse engineer to writing differantial equation which will calculate basic sphere topology to
yacht topology transition.

Is there such a thing at art or science to study, formulate and reveal ?

For example , we have five herreshoff differential formulas have this transition. Does it say something or ultra complicated and useless ?
