Greetings from Istanbul

    hello to all bd forum users!
    my names ibrahim from turkey/istanbul. im a naval architect and marine engineer and currently a postgraduate student. I'll be in UK at newcastle university, school of marine science and technology as an erasmus exchange student for 1 year starting from this september. this forum looks like pretty useful with plenty of information about yachts. im a professional on small craft design, and i'm founder of "gm forum" which is a website for naval architects and marine engineers. anyone is welcome to our forum too ;)

    thanks a lot for your kind replies! i'm glad to be a member of this community. I'll start reading the forum from top to bottom as soon as possible :) ok i admit it, i'm kinda lazy nowadays coz of hot weather in istanbul. it makes me slow down n down n downzzz.... :)

    by the way, i'd like meet anyone from Newcastle. here i come UK! :)

    And in Austrailia much the same - but the originals?? Naw you don't want o meet them either - make good marine engineers mind (they can't spell the word, but since when did you need to be able to spell to be a marine engineer?)
