Boggles the mind, :) Where does the mast go ?

It seems the beams no more corresponds to the original drawing. what is the rationale now ? I don't see any attachment with the outrigger.

This is not a little problem.
It might work as a flower planter.

My guess is that the float will have some kind of receiving structure for the stub of the beam which allows the float to slide in and out to adjust beam for transport. That guess is based on less than 2 minutes familiarity with the project though so is a pretty wild guess.

Take a look in the 3rd picture in post #9.
There appears to be the end to an aka, similar to the pictures.
It may just be positioned, not fastened.

Interesting thing is that the last picture with the port and hulls in position (post 20) does not have a mast position in the non-cabin hull, although one is clearly shown earlier in post 18. Apparently in the place the "picture" shows the mast.

I suppose we should just wait for Brian Peterson to post again and fill in the blanks.

That looks like a good solution.

Why is it that just because it is NOT a 'normal sloop rig' does it have to be labeled 'inefficient'??

It looks plenty efficient to me. I like the way it looks, I might not like it after I had to fold up my ancient legs to get in but, I would still give it a try.
